FESH began with a simple idea: what if staying in Vienna felt as inspiring as exploring it?
Not just a place to sleep, but a place that sparks curiosity, comfort, and a sense of belonging.
We took forgotten street-level spaces — the kind most people walk past — and transformed them into considered microlofts shaped by architecture, art, and the rhythm of the city. Every loft is crafted with intention: clean lines, warm textures, thoughtful lighting, and little design moments that make you pause and say, oh, that’s clever.
But FESH is more than beautiful rooms.
It’s living differently.
