What is Fesh?

FESH is a collection of thoughtfully designed microlofts in Vienna. Each loft is private, fully equipped, and inspired by local architecture, culture, and neighborhood character. Boutique in feel, effortless in experience.

Are the lofts private?

Yes. Every loft includes a private bathroom and toilet. No spaces are shared with other guests.

How many people can stay in a loft?

Yes. Every loft features a fully equipped kitchenette for light cooking, coffee moments, or relaxed evenings in. Each kitchenette also includes a Nespresso machine for your daily coffee ritual.

For longer stays, optional cleaning can be arranged upon request. Short stays include a professionally cleaned loft before arrival.

Absolutely. Tram and bus connections are just steps away, bringing you to Vienna’s city center in minutes.

No. To ensure comfort for all guests, pets are not permitted.

No. All FESH lofts are non‑smoking.

Yes. Each loft has its own name, story, and design. You’re welcome to choose the one that best fits your mood—or your story in Vienna.

• Stay length: Maximum booking of 180 nights

• Noise: quiet hours are between 22:00 and 07:00

• Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused and will be charged accordingly

• Events & visitors: No parties or unregistered guests allowed

• Parking: Street parking in Vienna is paid between 9:00 and 22:00, with a maximum duration of 3 hours. FESH does not offer private parking, but nearby parking garages are available. Find options at www.parken.at.

• Laundry: Guests have free access to a washing machine and dryer located in the basement. (Except for loft 09 & 10 which have their in-unit washer)
